The mission of the TSD Foundation is to enrich and maximize the quality of education available to deaf and hard of hearing students in Texas and beyond.

Vision:

The vision of the TSD Foundation is to support Texas School for the Deaf as a national leader and innovator in deaf education.

Goals that the TSD Foundation have set to enrich quality education include:

To encourage academic excellence in deaf education by providing funding not available through traditional local, state and federal resources.

To provide a perpetual source of funds through endowment gifts received from individuals, corporations, Foundations as well as interest earned on the endowment fund.

To serve as a catalyst and conduit for business and community involvement in the school and its statewide resource role.
